A bg3 fanfic taking place after the events of the game. Our main character Kara is forced into an unwanted adventure to find a hidden and rather mysterious artifact with the potential to change the world. Her task, steal it and betray her companions.
This may seem to be easy but after meeting a certain wizard from Waterdeep the task becomes much more complicated. She must navigate between duty, what's right and things completely out of her control. Will she follow her heart? Or will she destroy herself?

Summary
AU, but set in Faerûn: In an attempt to avoid royal entanglement, wild magic sorcerer Serafina Säfström names an impossible price — the kingdom's firstborn heir — expecting to be rejected. To her surprise, the queen immediately agrees. She later discovers why when a fully-grown prince materializes in the middle of her townhouse. Some romantic-comedy nonsense ensues.
"Oh no," she whispered. "No."
"I'm afraid so," he said, giving a little bow that was more ironic than deferential. "My name's Gale. Prince Gale, I suppose. Crown prince, reluctant heir, wizard of considerable acclaim, scholar of exceptional accomplishment, and, as of about an hour ago, your… property." He smirked. "Or so it would seem."

Summary
When Gale casts Simulacrum without consulting the planar fluxes, he is left with two copies of himself who have more personality than they really should. "Dale" and "Gabe" attempt to help with a project, prepare supper, and woo his lady love with maximum chaos and minimum agreement.
It's basically three Gales being chaotic, argumentative, and silly with a self-indulgent, sappy ending because much like Gale, I'm a hopeless romantic.

Tara's (mis)adventures in Waterdeep, anchored in the setting created by Laurelli in her longfic "Quiet Affection", with the aim to expand on Tara's character and all that she gets up to when Gale and Iluviel are not looking. This story starts at the same time as chapter 18 of "Quiet Affection". Reading it is encouraged, but not necessary to fully enjoy this fic. (Seriously though, go read "Quiet Affection", it is absolutely amazing!)

Summary
