"Just trying to help" He soothes quickly, Valt almost laughs at how Free is treating Shu like an animal that will bite, but he can't find it in himself to make any type of joke, so instead he sits on the floor still clutching his heaving stomach.
"Off." Shu barks, it's violent. Valt wants to laugh at him softly and tell him that it's fine, introduce them without the connotations of needing to beat each other in any type of game because it was over. Free stands up quickly, nodding at Shu.

In Beyblade HQ there's an important meeting going on for the french and European league tournaments with valt as the reigning world champion at the head position. Valt now adult really handsome and mature the type of blader everyone swoons upon and shu kurenai (yes the cold stoic no nonsense icy shu kurenai) is no exception. Valt may be oblivious to his best friend's continues ogling and dreamy staring but the other legendary bladers and valt's old beyclub members are not so much. They are acutely aware of shu's shameless (not so professional) staring and try to ignore the second hand embarrassment they feel from their stoic ice.
