Behind him, Madara knelt in the dirt defenseless, doubled over, hands pressed to his eyes. Blood seeped through his fingers, dark and steady, dripping down his wrists. His breath came in broken, uneven gasps — not from wounds to his body, but from the agony that came when the Mangekyō demanded more than it could give.
If there was ever a time Tobirama could kill Madara and get rid of the biggest threat for their clan, it was at this moment.
