Summary

As one of the last members of the Winter Soldier Project, people see her as dangerous. The government puts her in the care of SHIELD and The Avengers. That's where she meets new people who accept her and are willing to help her. (This is all for romance, so that's the main plot and there's very little actual canon plot)
