Summary
This is a story that was hanging around in my head that i finally decidet to write down, my realistic take on how the relationship between Simon and Johnny would go. It's written from the very beggining (in terms of romance of course). Kind of slow burn, I took a lot of time do give Ghost the depth he deserves, as he is a very complex character. I was writing this for about a year. Enjoy!

Summary
Soap's newfound appreciation for Ghost has him yearning to be closer to his commanding officer in any way possible. Ghost is fighting to keep his walls up but becoming increasingly torn between the wants and needs of both Ghost and Simon. And as Taskforce 141 works tirelessly to track down the missing General Shepherd, Soap and Ghost find themselves being tested in ways they never could have imagined.
