Summary
Discussions of a tactical alliance between Prince Lotor and Team Voltron go about as well as can be expected. He is allowed sanctuary in the Castle of Lions, but with strict limitations and the constant suspicion he'll turn on them. He finds a surprising challenge in the Blue-turned-Red paladin, who is the first to not only extend a hand, but sass him back with little hesitation.
As Lotor tries to find his place among those who once called him an enemy, he’s reunited with someone from his past he thought long dead. That mentor reminds him of his Galra origins and the potential of the Voltron paladins to end the corruption of Zarkon’s empire. Lotor is inspired to the task of awakening that potential — if in his own prideful and sometimes obnoxious way.
With Lotor's well-meaning help, Lance is the first to see not only the fractures and frailties of himself and his space family, but also what he’s truly capable of when driven to his limits. Little by little, wounds are uncovered, cut and drained to heal. All the while, Lance and Lotor push through their differences side-by-side — and head-to-head. -

Summary
*Complete* All too soon after a wounded Shiro tells Keith he should lead Voltron in his absence, they are separated by a Galra attack. Months have gone by since then. The paladins of Voltron have been trying to stay under Zarkon's radar while trying to locate their missing leader. Keith finally finds him on a planet like Earth, living a completely different life than the one he left behind. After approaching Shiro, Keith discovers there are more differences than he expected. He has no memory of Voltron, the other paladins, or Keith. Still, Keith believes this is the real Shiro -- his Shiro. He'll have to take a chance on his instincts for a shot at rekindling what was lost between them and returning the black paladin to the sky.

“Keith,” Shiro says, low and serious. It’s a warning.
“What?” Keith’s voice is faux-innocence. He tilts his head back against the pillow to get a look at Shiro. “I’m not doing anything,” he argues even as his hips move again. “Sir,” he adds, like that will help his case.
“We shouldn’t.”
“We’re not.” Keith turns until he’s down on his back, hip pressed close against Shiro. His legs split apart and Shiro’s knee fits smoothly in between. “We’re not doing anything. Just watching a movie.”

Vox was pretty much going for a celebratory fuck with Val to top off what has so far been the best day of his un-life, right in front of Alastor’s proverbial salad, mostly to rub in his old friend’s helplessness and discomfort. Alastor’s always been lame and weird about sex—the guy has no interest in it, and not even in a fun, dramatic way! He just thinks it’s boring and pointless and, as he once actually said, uncomfortably damp. So Vox isn’t under the impression that he could get Alastor to actually participate—
