Summary
In a world where omegas aren't even classified as citizens due to their popularity as "pets" with the amanto upperclass, Gintoki thinks he's done pretty well for himself. He may not be raking in millions, and illegal black market suppressants might eat up most of his monthly salary, but the people he cared for were safe and he got to be with them, and that's what mattered.
That is, until a major government crackdown on black market suppressants leads to his dealer exposing his true nature in a plea bargain. Now on the run and forced to leave behind everyone he holds dear, Gin will be forced to make a choice. Accept a mating of convenience with his rival to stay with his kids (because yes, they were HIS kids), or flee the country- to never return?

Hijikata’s ears were burning now, please, one cigarette right now!
“Um, the…park,” Hijikata said, refusing to make eye-contact, “the bench,” he added another detail, just in case.
“That’s it?” Gintoki sounded genuinely surprised.

"The room is constructed like a peep show. It is split in two: he’s sitting in a chair on one side, his upper half almost entirely hidden behind curtains that are see-through from his perspective only. To the right of the armchair is a tablet, to communicate if he doesn’t want to talk out loud. The other side looks like a classic love hotel room, with a plush bed and low rose-tinted lights, as well as an array of sex toys and lube on a table nearby.
And finally, sitting in the middle of the bed, wearing a bathrobe that's falling off one shoulder, one leg crossed on the other and curly silver hair struggling to stay backwards with cheap gel — is Sakata Gintoki.
