Blue blinks. "Gansey. Can you repeat all of that without being so vague?"
Gansey stutters out a little laugh. Blue closes her eyes at the rough, frantic sound of it. "I told Adam I wouldn't mind kissing him. If it helps your relationship. And he agreed."
"How noble of you," Blue says, at a loss.
"Well – I suppose," Gansey replies. They both pause. Then, "I can pick you up now, if you want."
Blue throws herself to her feet. "Be quick."

Ronan rolled his eyes. His stomach hurt. He draped his wrist over the steering wheel and said in a low voice, “I don’t think God plans to grant me anything.”
Hennessy settled a hand atop his on the gear shift. Softly, she said, “Ronan. That is such bullshit.”or: ronan plans his wedding, breaks a bad habit, and goes to confession.

Blue isn’t one to shy away from talking about difficult things, so she asks, “Is it fine that I touch you? We haven't talked about it.”
Adam shrugs, being such a boy about it, and doesn’t look at her. Purposefully casual, no expression of opinion. “Sure. I don't mind.”
“Do you like it?” Blue presses.
Adam levels her with a cool look. “Why?” He’s clumsily trying to make her embarrassed and back down, the jerk.
Blue is trying to be patient, but Adam is being rude on purpose so she figures it doesn’t matter that much if she gives up. “Well, if you don't like it, I'll stop.” She huffs at him.
“No, I like it. It's alright,” Adam says, perfectly smooth. He doesn’t seem to be lying, and though it’s always hard to tell with Adam Parrish, Blue believes him.
