Summary
Millie discovers that she’s pregnant with her and Moxxie’s first child. Understandably, she can’t wait to get home and deliver the news.
However, before she tells him, he vanishes off the face of Hell. After a long time with no clue as to where he's gone, Moxxie is presumed dead.
Heartbroken but determined to raise her child, Millie moves forward with life in order to raise their child.
Five years later, Millie is in a better place, raising her kid and working at the company, with Blitzo along to help her out, having finally moved on.
And all that changes when Moxxie reappears.

Summary
In 2023, the entirety of Hell learned that the founder of the since-disbanded Immediate Murder Professionals, Blitzo Wire, was killed in the yearly Extermination.
Well.. that wasn't exactly true.
In actuality, Blitzo only faked his death to start a new life, with only his former employee, Moxxie Milkovich, knowing the truth.
10 years later, in 2033, Moxxie was forced to reveal the truth to his wife Millie, Blitzo's daughter Loona, and unexpected ally Rita Mayberry after threat made itself known. Thankfully, after reuniting with Blitzo, they were able to settle the situation, and nearly a year later, they were able to return to their normal and peaceful lives.
But, of course, the past will always catch up.
Blitzo's past makes yet another comeback when he reunites with the last person he wanted to see, Moxxie's past makes a comeback too, just as he comes down with a mysterious illness, Rita's past also comes back to haunt her in the worst way imaginable, and none of those come close to comparing with the more pressing issue: someone is out to kill Blitzo.
So now, the entire team must band together to take down all their problems, either one at a time or all at once.

Summary
Blitzo fucked up. The fiasco at Ozzie's has set his whole world up in flames and he's left scrambling to put them out. Everyone seems to have reached the end of the line with him, and the only way to fix anything is some real introspection and change. To Blitzo that translates to making amends for his previous fuck ups and acknowledge the harm he's done instead of his usual schtick of running from it. This is his absolute last chance, but whether or not he understood the assignment is up for debate.
