Summary
Loki was desperate to find any sense of control after his fall through the void and subsiquent torture by the hands of Thanos. The whispers of the scepter they used to keep him in line, given to him in order for him to better serve his purpose of retriving the Tesseract was only a minor comfort. When he arrived on earth, he had to gather resources quickly in order to bring his captors to the planet. And to achieve this goal he presses the point of the scepter to Clint Barton's chest, taking the mind of that very interesting mortal to nudge it towards the goals he needed to achieve.
In doing so, he manages to piss off Tony Stark and Natasha Romanoff who will stop at nothing to get him back. Even if that means using the scrapped Avengers Initiative to bring together a team that could stop Loki's plans.
But not everything is as it seems, and the truth behind everyone's actions will come to light one way or another. If only they can manage to work together and survive to the end.

Izuku and Katsuki are just getting started at Aldera. And this is the first time Katsuki would be in the same school with his best friend since they were babies, and he's shocked to see the paranoid side of Izuku that comes out at school. He knew Izuku had issues with bullying, he just had no idea it was this bad. Katsuki hopes to be able to protect his friend now though, he doesn't want to let any of it slide, even if Izuku wants him to.
Izuku had been dealing with bullying since elementary, he was used to it and could handle it well enough himself he thought. His protective best friend saw it different though. He couldn't blame him too much though, Izuku figured it just happened that way out of the instinctual need to keep your soulmate safe. Even if Katsuki didn't know they were soulmates, because Izuku never told him and was still to afraid of losing him - or worse yet trapping him in a permanent relationsip - to say a word.
