As far as Bucky was concerned, Bob needed therapy the most out of any of them.
The point was, Bob was excited about aliens now.
And it was a problem.
Because it brought them back to 2012, accidentally.
Bucky was trying to move on from Steve Rogers but it was impossible to do when the man was breathing and alive and well in 2012.

Mel offered a faint smirk and a flash drive.
“No bourbon. But classified intel recieved from our last mission, and also uh... well, it's about the team. You're going to want to sit down for this one.”
Val sighed and took the tea, her tone dry. “If this has anything to do with Captain America, time travel, or another Barnes-related disaster, I’m walking into traffic.”
She kept walking. Of course she was going to read the file. She always did. But a girl could dream."It's... all three actually. The New Avengers or uh, The Thunderbolts now, are gone. With Captain America."
Jesus Fucking Christ.
Ava and the rest of the Thunderbolts deal with domesticity, time travelling shenanigans and villains in the search to find their missing team-mate, Bucky, with Torres caught in the crossfire. Even worse, they're stuck in the early 1950s with Sam Wilson, who is definitely not falling in love with the past version of the not-quite Winter Soldier.
Meanwhile, Steve Rogers isn't having the best time. Peggy Carter isn't either. -

Summary
“We gotta move on, to try and become whole again,” Steve had said to the traumatized civilians around him, lied through his fucking teeth. “We can’t stay in the past, we gotta move on.”
It wasn’t until this very moment, after they did the near impossible and actually won, returning everyone who was dusted back to life, that Steve realized the depth of his lie. He can’t move on, not when he has the Pym particles in his hands and the infinity stones in a specially designed briefcase – not when he has the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to fix his mistakes.
OR
Another time-travel fix-it, where Steve returns the stones to their places at the end of Endgame, but can't leave Bucky in the hands of Hydra, not when he knows what will happen to him if he leaves him there. He decides to do something about it, and maybe discovers a few things about himself - and their relationship - along the way.
