Summary
"Demon? Who? Me?"
Beyond the reach of mercy, where hope lingered only as a dying thing, lived The Purple Devil, a creature so stained by sin that his name echoed far beyond the city's shadows. It climbed through fearful whispers until it reached the Church itself, where a saint untouched by sin waited desperately for a miracle, unaware that it would arrive in beautiful violet shadows, carrying the smile of a devil.
I'm obsessed with this brazilian show called “Hilda Furacão” and I couldn't stop thinking about an Ashwron version so here it is

Summary
“Wings.” Ewron exhales softly, expression going slack.
Two crescent moons (more crater than lunar dust). Stunted. Weighted down by neglect. Ewron can’t tell which bird they’re corresponding to, but the murky black pinions sit huddled between Ash’s shoulderblades like a narrow valley.
“Wings,” Ash says it through his teeth, as though admitting to a nasty, untreated wound. But they’re incredible—like a siren or an angel—Ewron can’t decide, not when his hands are already searching for a bucket. “I could never reach them. They’re kind of. A mess, now.”
An exchange.

Summary
Foolish things like what Wemmbu found himself as weren't anything important in the first place. Even if someone were to find him as anything more, he was still the lost cause he was deemed as. A reckless bull diving headfirst into anything red.
Perhaps that's why Jaden took pity on him by holding him close. That must be it. Maybe that's why Jaden decides to take him, too.
