    Peter Spankoffski was born laughing.

    If you ask anyone with a medical degree they’d tell you no he fucking wasn’t. Newborns don’t laugh, they can’t. They don’t even smile until a couple weeks out, and laughing is a multi-month project. It’s a developmental stage, you start with socialization, and eventually they start cooing, and then, only then, do you get laughter.

    And yet, Peter Spankoffski was born laughing.

Oh, and the surrounding world has changed beyond recognition, now inhabited by monsters, wizards, and who knows what else.
