Summary
When Izumi was four, she didn't get her Quirk. For almost a year. Her parents constantly argued over it, the other kids made fun of her at school, and even Kacchan was getting impatient. One day, she was lying in bed to muffle the shouting match of her parents, and started praying. Made a wish.
“Please, whoever is listening. Just give me a Quirk. It can be weak, I’ll train myself to death to master it. I’ll deal with it being unpalatable. Just please.” Her voice shuddered as she went silent.
“Even if it’s a curse, I’ll take it.” She whispered into her pillow.
Well. Who knew fate could be this petty?

Unlike the original however, Koharu isn't going to sit back and watch people suffer, she'll help villains, vigilantes, heroes and civilians alike and create a safe heaven for all in the form of a small cafe.
Will that last or will someone destroy that peace. Or will Koharu destroy the person who tries to destroy her safe place.

Izuku Midoriya, ultimately, believed he lived a good life.

He fought for his teachers and mentors, ensuring their wisdom and faith in him endured, that their sacrifices were not in vain. And he even fought for his enemies, striving to understand them, to see the world through their eyes.
His life was far from perfect, but it was his, and he never stopped fighting for what he believed in. So when the final battle demanded the ultimate sacrifice—falling alongside his classmates to protect the world—it felt right.
He could have done better, perhaps. But people only get one chance, and he gave his life everything he had. He died fighting, fighting to the very end, and could now rest.
Until he wakes up on the day of the entrance exam. Again. And again. And again, over and over.
Now, stuck in a Time Loop that allows him another chance, Izuku must fight once more—but this time, he knows what’s coming. The only question is: how long can he keep fighting before the weight of it all breaks him?

When it comes to heroes the general consensus is that you need a powerful Quirk. For the most part, that remains true. The world's best all have powerful Quirks. However, some are born stronger than others. A lesson that Izumi Midoriya learned quite early as a child. People didn't understand her Quirk and the mutations it came with only unnerved everyone she interacted with. Despite that, all she wants to do is help people. After a particular incident, her idol offered to become her mentor. With it came his power. Or at least, that was the plan.
