Summary
Jouno and Tecchou have to pose as a couple for an undercover mission. They go to a high-profile event, dressed to the nines, where they have to act the part convincingly. The act becomes less of a facade as the night progresses, with genuine affection slipping through their practiced motions. The scene ends with a dance, where they forget their surroundings and focus solely on each other.

To say Tommy was pissed would be an understatement. He knew one moment could change your life objectively, sure. People always said it when they were lecturing him about stealing food, that one time could be the last, or some shit like that. However, the teen didn’t believe them to this extent. One moment of hesitation, a few mistakes, an ugly man with a bright green tie and a half-broken mask, and a bowl of Cheesy-Puffys had changed his life forever. With scars on his arms, plus a craving for something inhuman, Tommy Innit tries to keep himself alive… well as alive as a zombie can be. But hey, being undead has its perks.

Jon opens the door.
Jon closes his eyes.
And he weeps.
(Martin ends just as the world does, his body crumbling under the violent, crying Eye splitting the sky open. The knife in his hand has fallen to the ground, red blood mixing with black ink. The web carved on the blade isn’t visible anymore.
He has no hands, no arms, no mouth, no heart, but he knows he holds Jon against him until the end, whispering Love in his ear as they cry.)
(Sasha looks up from the Institute's lobby, Tim gasping as their eyes lock onto the first floor's balcony just outside Elias Bouchard's office. And Jon looks back at them.
His nose is bleeding and his eyes are feral when he walks down with a calm smile. Sasha doesn’t outright notice the scars littering his skin, scars that were absent only an hour ago, as she gapes back at Tim who seems one second away from fainting.)
