Summary
Aizawa asks Izuku to watch Eri for the afternoon. It should be easy.
Then they find Kacchan in the dorm kitchen making curry.
Eri is wary of the loud, explosive boy at first, but curiosity eventually wins out, and she asks if she can help. Izuku fully expects Kacchan to refuse.
Instead, Katsuki pulls out a step stool.One thing leads to another, and soon Eri is happily cooking beside him while Izuku watches from across the kitchen, secretly takes pictures, and has several increasingly suspicious thoughts about how good Kacchan is with kids.
Thoughts that become considerably harder to ignore when his brain supplies an entirely too domestic picture of Kacchan standing in a kitchen years from now.
Izuku is handling this perfectly well.Then Eri asks if he likes Kacchan “like when people get married.”
Oh.
Izuku may never recover.

Summary
Eventually, their lips brushed, and Katsuki drew in a relieved breath. The kiss was brief and gentle, barely more than a soft press; and yet, the most enormous and contradicting thing Katsuki had ever experienced. He felt weak, like his body was melting straight into Izuku’s. He felt sturdy, like his once damaged heart could beat strong again. It felt wrong, layered over a lifetime of regrets and it felt right, like none of it seemed to matter anymore. It felt normal, and it felt totally insane. It made so much sense, and yet none at all.
Eventually Izuku pulled away, noticeably flushed. “So, um…how was that?”
The greatest thing Katsuki had ever done. “Half-assed.” He said instead. “Try again.”

Toys littered the living room floor from the night before, pajamas thrown on the couch, and stuffed animals somehow finding their way to the kitchen. He made a note to tidy up a little bit after dropping them off later.
He began heading towards the stairs to help them get ready for the day, only to stub his foot on one of the stray action figures along the way. He cursed to himself quietly.
The day had barely even started, and Katsuki already needed a cigarette.

Katsuki's twins end up in none other than Izuku Midoriya's elementary classroom for their first year of school.
It doesn’t take long for either of them to find out just how much a decade can change a person.

When Katsuki suddenly starts treating Izuku with something that vaguely resembles kindness, Izuku comes to one logical conclusion:
He's dying. That's it.
After all, there has to be a reason for the sudden change in personality.
What Izuku doesn't expect is that the real reason has nothing to do with death, and everything to do with Katsuki wanting to be “friends with benefits”.

Yeah. He's definitely going to handle this like a completely normal person.
