Summary
An altered universe where everyone is born with a scar marking them as Dom, Sub,Switch or are unmarked.
All, but the unmarked have the ability to give The Touch via skin to skin contact which, among other things, lets them determine if someone is:
*Broken- sex involving the release of certain chemicals from submission that could result in pairing/pregnancy without contraceptives.
*Paired-Sex involving the parties body chemistry changing to more readily exchange emotions/state of being upon touch thus binding them together for an intense bond. The severing of a Pair with a Dom is a traumatic experience that usually results in Subs/Switches never pairing with another Dom.
In the past Switches were broken into Subs, the unmarked killed/ostracized and Subs kept slaves until the Servile Rights Movement, but tensions still remain between the groups.
