Summary
In another universe, BOE successfully found Gideon, opened the Locked Tomb, and defeated the Nine Houses in the 9993rd year of the Unnatural Death Wizard, Murderer of the 10 Billion. Now the surviving heirs and cavaliers of the former Empire are sent to the First House to attend an Edenite summer camp as a test of their loyalties. With the cavaliers having been separated from their necromancers for years and several parties suffering from a mysterious amnesia, how will the former adepts and swordspeople of the Nine Houses react to their new circumstances? Will they acquiesce to the Edenites’ wishes, or will they rebel against their captors?
