An AU. Autistic!Kageyama hasn’t been allowed to play volleyball on his team since his first year at Junior High. Oikawa-san says it’s in his best interest to continue being the ball boy. Everyone seems happy with the arrangement, so… Kageyama supposes he is, as well. As long as everyone is happy.
His first year at Seijoh, though, he hopes will be different. But he knows it won’t be. Kunimi has already asked if he plans to keep helping them out, so… ball boy it is.
Iwaizumi-senpai is happy to see him. Oikawa-san is happy to see him. Kunimi and Kindaichi hang out with him every day.
So if everyone is so happy with this arrangement, why does he still feel so angry all the time?
