Summary
In June of 1995, the Sampoong Department Store of Seoul, South Korea, had been in business for 5 years, taking in 40,000 customers a day and selling pretty much every luxury good you could possibly buy. Slightly over 30 years ago, 29th June 1995 at 5:52pm, the Sampoong Department Store suffered a catastrophic structural failure that saw five stories collapse one on top of the other right down to ground level in less than 30 seconds. 1,500 people were trapped in the wreckage and of them, 502 would be pulled out dead and 937 would suffer horrible injuries. The follow-up investigation would reveal staggering violations of building code regulations, safety protocols and plain old common sense out of little more than greed, negligence and opportunism and mark a catastrophe that still haunts South Korea to this day.
This story is intended as a tribute to those who died, suffered and laboured in the rubble of Sampoong.

A prompt based around the premise of the Green Coup succeeding, only for that to lead to the ultimate victory of the Others/White Walkers. In a desperate gambit, the Old Gods speak with the Blacks' deceased souls, show them a vision of what will come to pass if the Greens win and offer to send them back in order to prevent it.
Who gets sent back is at writers' discretion; all of them, a few or just one. Aim is to prevent the Greens from winning, by any means necessary, for the fate of the world hangs in the balance.

Alternate Qilin situation where: Sabine gets akumatised into Qilin much earlier than canon (into the form of a gigantic ‘Mama bear mode’ and extra powers), Lila gets what she really deserves, Sabine goes Mama Bear, Ladybug and Chat Noir knew each other’s identities from the very beginning, Other things in S3 happen much earlier, Sabine is best mom, Tom’s off towards a baking competition so he’s largely absent and Marinette gets the justice she deserves.

Taking the “high road” only means there’s further to fall once things crash and burn. Lila’s lies get out of hand and Rose is the unfortunate victim of her manipulations, resulting in an akuma called Witch Hunter, who is quite set on purging Lila’s evil once and for all.
Marinette had wanted Lila to be revealed for the liar she was, but not like this. Now she has to protect her enemy from a city of outraged (if not justified) people. But it seems that everything is conspiring against Marinette and the temptation to simply let Lila face the consequences of her actions is only growing.
