If you ask about the Farmer, the residents of Pelican Town will not answer. They evade almost any response, seeking to turn the subject onto other matters—no less familiar than they are with the Farmer themselves, of course.
But if you manage to prod hard enough and somehow push all the right buttons to execute a successful inquiry, there are three ways the townsfolk of Pelican Town will describe the Farmer.

Not Human.
In which the Farmer is an Eldritch Being akin to their God Yoba that no one has accurate answers to, and the townsfolk love them anyway.
