Ryland Grace is stressed out of his mind from school, and insecure about him and his roommate's weird ass relationship/friendship? so naturally the next step to this is bring said friend to a party he's being dragged to by his brother. things go awry when they get separated.
In other words, Ryland gets drunk and high at a party while trying to be cool. Simon drags him home before anything SUPER bad happens.

Summary
Simon was found by Ryland before Rocky found the Hail Mary.
Simon has all of his canonical injuries from the Iron Lung movie, but was surgically healed by Armando removing all of the 'malignant tissue'.
Ryland insists Simon commit to physical therapy exercise and stretching, but it makes Simon chronically sore.
Ryland also insists on helping Simon relax after his hardest physical therapy session so far, and it has... unintended types of success.In other words: Simon has giant, sensitive tits and Ryland loves it.

Ryland Grace is having the WORST week of his life — academically speaking.
His twin brother is a disaster; his parasitology exam got postponed again because of "Mothman sightings", and the only coffee shop with the only good caramel syrup, the one that doesn't taste like medicine, has been closed because of the shitty Mothman too.
So he does what any reasonable caffeine-starved mad scientist would do: he goes and hunts the Mothman himself.
(Or: The Mothman has been messing with Ryland's life, so he decides to fix it. And apparently the only way to fix it is with his dick.)
