Summary
“You’d better not go,” Dazai says, and like the little imp that he is, he gives Ango’s shoulder another jab with his horn. “Without you around, who am I supposed to torment?”
Ango lets out a huff, though there’s no venom behind it. “I have half a mind to exorcise you.”
“Good luck with that!” Dazai pulls back to reveal a mischievous grin. “I was actually deemed Most Difficult to Exorcise by the people of Yokohama. Of course, most of them were hacks with only a tiny bit of supernatural awareness. A genius on your level of sleep deprivation hasn’t been seen in the last three hundred years. You might just stand a ghost of a chance!”
Ango has both a guardian angel and a demon of temptation. It is his infinite misfortune that they get along with each other so well and are now conspiring to make him go to sleep.
(In which Dazai tries to avoid work at every turn, Oda is an enabler, and Ango just wants random supernatural beings to stop invading his personal space.)

Pianoman hits the buzzer. “Stop.”
“What’d I do now?” Chuuya grumbles.
“Your delivery is flatter than Dazai’s ass.”
Okay, that was uncalled for.
After a prank gone wrong, Chuuya has to stage a fake breakup with his fake boyfriend. It’s stupid, awkward, and an utter waste of his time, but (un)luckily for him, his friends won’t be caught dead letting him put on a half-assed production.

“I see,” Oda says. “Then you can stay with me until you pass on.”
Surprise flickers across Dazai’s face, and he seems at a loss for words. His gaze drops down to his lap, lingering there hesitantly, before drifting back to Oda. Seeing no contempt there, his expression eventually softens into a tentative smile.
“I’d like that. Thank you.”
In the months following the collapse of the Port Mafia, Oda comes to learn more about the person named Dazai Osamu.

“No.”
“But—”
“I am not kissing you,” Ango says with finality, and he really is getting good at anticipating Dazai’s responses. How touching.
Dazai pouts. “Why noooot?”
“That’s something you do with the person you like.”
He likes Ango. Well, he likes messing with Ango. It’s basically the same thing.
Dazai doesn’t know what love is. His solution is to go around kissing people until he figures it out.

Summary
Puzzled, Oda lifts the corner of his blanket up to cover Dazai and watches him curl into it with a satisfied sigh. Like this, cheek squished against the tatami, face unmarred by his usual machinations, he almost looks tame. One could even have been fooled into thinking that he doesn’t delight in causing grief for his coworkers at every turn.
At least until he wraps the blanket around himself and steals it right off of Oda’s back. All while still being asleep.
Dazai keeps breaking into Oda’s apartment to take a nap on his floor, and Oda can’t figure out why.
