Summary
When Miss Sansa Stark scandalously and very publicly disappears with her jilted suitor, Mr Joffrey Baratheon, all of London believes them to have reconciled and eloped. If Miss Stark should return unmarried, her reputation will be ruined and no gentleman will ever wish to wed her.
Miss Brienne Tarth knows very well that Sansa wants nothing to do with Baratheon, and is certain that he has abducted her. However, if she wishes to find them, she must enlist the help of England's most eligible (and in her opinion, most useless) bachelor, Mr Jaime Lannister.
Trapped and frightened, Sansa takes comfort wherever she can. The only person to show her any kindness is the formidable Mr Clegane, who can hardly be considered a gentleman; but how can she expect him to help her when it would cost him everything he has?

He was momentarily taken aback by how much the setter looked like her person. Both with flowing copper colored fur, both with a poise that should have scared an old mutt like Stranger off. But finally the woman looked at the tag on his collar. “Stranger,” she read. “What an interesting name.” The Setter finally moved closer as the woman released his collar. “Lady, meet Stranger. Stranger, meet Lady.” The Lady-dog moved towards him, sniffing. Stranger took the proximity to lick her face. And, believe it or not, Lady didn’t run off. She actually seemed to like it, pulling herself closer to him.
Helloooooo, Lady, he thought to himself as he licked her again. Lady sniffed at his face, then down his back to his rear end.

Sandor thinks himself to be at a low point when he awakes on the Quiet Isle. He's bedridden, he has lost everything and - FUCK! - he's surrounded by monks. Well, he has to learn that the Elder Brother has got even more in store for him, and before Sandor can think twice, he's turned into... a male mommy. And his little babies are tiny, furry and in dire need of his gentle care. One may ponder whether it isn't actually good they're deaf at the beginning. ;-)
(There's a reference to Ramsay B. at some point, that's the reason for the warnings above.)

A very weird week happens in Sandor Clegane's life. Suspiciously enough, it takes place right after the Christmas party at his work, where he mixed too much alcohol and had a heated argument with a certain Sansa Stark from the IT department.
Coincidence? Sandor doesn't think so. He is a gruff materialist and doesn't believe in all sorts of holiday rubbish.
Christmas miracles, however, do happen sometimes.
Just don't tell Sandor about it, he needs to figure things out himself.
