Summary
Buck and Eddie meet when they're both on a tour and Eddie's team looks after a couple of Buck's teammates that are injured on a mission. Even after Buck's mission take him elsewhere, and Eddie is discharged, they still find a way back into each other's lives. Eddie's never had someone like Buck that he could just talk to before.
When Eddie finds himself moving to LA, Buck is happy to help and comes up from where he's stationed in San Diego every so often to help Eddie and Christopher adjust to life in LA. Then Buck is deployed again, leaving Eddie and Christopher to wonder if Buck is okay, and Eddie suddenly doesn't care about all the complications. When he sees Buck again, he isn't going to hide behind their friendship any more.
