Walking over to his dresser Steve tosses aside the top and starts searching for a new one. He pulls out a slightly cropped T-shirt, he pulls the shirt onto himself, and goes to close the drawer pausing as something catches his eye.
Eddie’s Jacket.
Steve hums softly, pinching the fabric between his thumb and index finger, just feeling and thinking. Steve does miss him, he has tried to not think about him much anymore. Steve bites his lip as he covers the jacket with some extra clothes in the drawer. He feels a comforting weight on his shoulder, he sighs, feeling embarrassed. Robin shouldn't have to see him like this, not right now. Steve reaches up to his own shoulder and feels nothing there. There is also no one in his room.

Steve's just trying to keep them all alive. He's stuck in the Upside Down, he's been attacked by flying demon bats and this is turning out to be a really terrible week. He's ignoring the aching in his body and the fever he seems to be developing because getting out of the hell dimension really seems like a more pressing matter.
Except it's not just his injuries he's been ignoring. The stress has brought his heat on months early and being surrounded by Eddie Munson's scent is not making things better. Thanks to everything else going on, he doesn't notice until it's too late.
