Summary
The Hylden have fallen. The Pillars of Nosgoth are no more. The Elder God is vanquished. Nosgoth's history has resettled, and the land itself is once again peaceful, fruitful, and alive.
Raziel knows this has to have happened, because his memories are there, but so are the memories of his time as a wraith and his existence as the Soul Reaver. Nature abhors a paradox, but Raziel is not so easily compressed into a single, clean history. From here, he will have to figure it out, piece by piece, at his own pace.
(First-person perspective Raziel navigates a resettled timeline as an "averaged" Raziel: part vampire, part human, part wraith, and entirely too tired to go on quests. Until then, he can sleep in the village hayloft with the cats and think about his circumstances a bit.)
