He tries to ignore it, but he feels Jungkook’s eyes on him, still.
He meets them, and Jungkook’s expression twists. “I won't tell anyone, you know. So you can keep coming here comfortably,” he states.
“You shouldn't be smoking,” Yoongi says in response, because that’s the thing he should say. But he doesn't really have the strength to earnestly tell Jungkook to stop.
Jungkook doesn’t reply to that. When he finishes his cigarette, Yoongi is only half-way through. He gets up, crushes the stub under the sole of his shoe and steps a bit closer, looking at Yoongi with a challenge hidden in his eyes. What kind of challenge, Yoongi is not so sure, but the boy certainly wants him to find out.
“Next time, seonsaengnim.” He bows to him slightly, his smile askew. Then he leaves, hands in his pockets, steps unhurried.
Yoongi watches him go. Thinking that, perhaps, the one and only part of living in Insang he truly missed is just that – the part of being young.

Moonjo’s brows inch up. It sinks in that Jongwoo’s feeling him out to find out if he’s a paramour. If Moonjo’s stuck in an unhappy marriage that makes him remove his wedding ring and hide it in his pocket whenever he leaves his wife to the kids. He wants to know if engaging in something as taboo as fucking a man is giving him the thrill his marital life lacks.
Moonjo tuts as he pulls a button out of its designated slit. “That’s not my style.”
