He's mostly just along for the ride, trying to spice up what would've otherwise been a boring summer in Amity, when one of Lady Gotham's knights gets thrown in with them.

    Unless he wants Gotham to kill him again, Danny better get this Panicked Twunk the hell out of dodge.

    Oh, the Panicked Twunk wants to crisscross the globe in search of his (totally-not-actual) father figure? Why not? It's not like they've got any other plans until school starts.
