The Alpine driver suffered a heavy impact with the barriers due to a mechanical failure affecting his car’s brakes; doctors have described his condition as serious yet stable, admitting they cannot yet predict when or if he will wake up.”
Somewhere in his mind, Esteban walks along a racing track, barely aware of the friends and loved ones that visit his bedside. It seems like nothing can move him from this path and before too long he reaches the track's final straight, the chequered flag in sight.
Will he cross the line?
Or is that voice that begs him to turn back really worth listening to, even if it sounds irritatingly like Pierre?
