But the 23 year old recreational cannibal knows a man like himself is far too wonderful to be disliked. So Dipper Pines has decided that he's going to be better, in every way. And adored. By everyone. But he's gonna need some help.
By sheer, divine coincidence (nothing else, of course), help comes in the form of a begrudging, severely weakened, and devilishly handsome Bill Cipher. New and improved in human skin, and now bound to serve a man who he has obsessively watched during his time in prison.

“Will you love me?” Ivan whispers, his voice so quiet Luka almost doesn’t pick up on it. Ivan grips Luka’s wrist, as if he can stop the words from slipping out. But they come anyway, raw and trembling. “Just this once?”
Just this once, he says, as if love can be rationed. Portioned into a moment small enough to exist without consequences. As if it is not something that will stain Ivan’s hands, his skin, his heart, even after Luka is gone.
Luka inhales slowly. He should say no. But instead, he allows his body to sink into Ivan’s, pressing his lips to his neck. “If I do,” he murmurs, voice softer than it should be. “Will you believe me?”

It wasn’t Ivan’s idea. Well, not really. He’d just suggested they do something normal for once. Something stupid and loud—and Luka, who always rolled his eyes at anything that sounded like “fun,” had blinked once at the word bar and gone, “Fine. Just one drink.”
Now, Ivan was regretting not filming that first drink go down, because somewhere between “just one drink,” and Luka tipping his fourth shot glass over with a flushed giggle, Ivan had realised two things:
1. Luka was a lightweight.
2. He had no idea how to act when he wasn’t pretending to be all doll-like and poised.
