Summary
Who doesn't love a story where Lucius Malfoy is a Veela and Harry is his mate? I certainly do and decided to write my own version. Thank you to all those who have taken the leap before me for writing amazing stories that made me want to give it a try. I hope mine is a nice spin on the premise.
Story begins during DH. On the night of his seventeenth birthday Harry starts having dreams of Lucius Malfoy's life, they are memories that Lucius has really. These dreams are said to last a month, according to the book he has on Veela and their mates. And during this month their bond will grow, along with his bond to Draco as the child of his mate, and therefore his child through Veela magic. As someone who isn't a Veela, during this month, and the rest of the bonding period, he will receive some of the Veela magics to better prepare him for life in a Veela family.
These magics are able to make him aware of who isn't safe for him or his family. And for some reason, his magic, his soul, his mind, doesn't feel safe locked up in Grimmauld Place with Ron and Hermione. Why isn't he safe with his best friends? Join Harry on his journey of fighting, learning, family, and figuring things out.

Summary

To protect this child. But what right does she have to do such a thing? And even for The Lady Malfoy, Albus Dumbledore is a formidable foe.
While this story will take place over the course of Harry Potter's first year at Hogwarts, that portion of the story is largely the background material. The focus will be on Narcissa and Lucius, and how they navigate the path they have found themselves hurtling down.

Summary
All potions come with a warning. A warning that was taught to Potions Masters only and seemed to be lost over time as less and less Potions Masters seem to remember them. For example, in an ancient book about different versions of Polyjuice Potion, there are numerous side effects and warnings until on the last page, there is one without any.
The one that is usually taught.
Not the one that Hermione found in their second year.
And not the one they actually try.
Had Hermione found the ancient book with the warnings, she wouldn’t have brewed it. But as fate likes to play with the Golden Trio, she didn’t. Otherwise she would have read the following words above the potions.
Not to hide thy visage but showeth thy true one.
And now Harry, Hermione and Ron have to come to terms with what has been done to them. They will find new friends, allies and enemies.

"Harry," Remus tried to approach Harry, but a barrier blocked his path.
“No, no. Don’t Harry me. I don’t care what happens—if I’m sold to the highest bidder or whatever happens in adoptions. I want out. I’m choosing to opt out of this.”
“My boy - “
“You’ve had years to include me. Now you’re surprised that I’m sick of having my fate decided for me? No, you had your chance and you left it to rot.”
Harry pulled a handful of floo powder out of the cup and disappeared.

During the summer, an unlikely friendship between Harry and Draco sparks off as Harry delves into a world of Dark Magic and Arts all to help his beloved Older Brother. All the while Harry learns who his true friends really are, and who he really is.
