I am VEHEMENT that Ethan didn't take Heisenberg up on his offer to team up SO here is what SHOULD have happened. Imo.
In this, Ethan denies Heisenberg the first time (because I need him to still go through the factory to find lore) but after reaching a certain point, and before he runs into Chris as he does in game, he summons the Fourth Lord to accept his offer.

Summary
