Summary
Michael is a godless Christian boy who hides behind fists and anger to prove that he doesn't care dearly about anything, because anything worth having winds up lost to him. Gavin is a carefree Brit who rolls with the punches and pretends to love everyone because as he figures, the more you have, the less it matters when someone leaves.
They are on opposite sides of the world until they are not.
When they meet, Gavin's first thought is more like a jumble of exclamations he swears he would never say aloud. Michael's is about how much Gavin is like the sun.
They both destroy the whispers in their heads before they even finish forming.

Gavin Free is special. Always has been. And apparently always will be.
Psychic. That's what he was, reading minds didn't exactly come with a manual. He had to build up resistance, learn to block peoples thoughts out as well as learn not to invade other peoples minds just out of pure curiosity.
Getting a job a Rooster Teeth was pretty exciting, he was going to live with Geoff, play games for a living, meet some new friends. But apparently one wants to be more than friends... But, Gavin doesn't seem so keen.

Jack is pretty content being by himself and watching his idiot friends fall over themselves in love, that is until a cute exchange student from Australia transfers into their school Junior year. Oh well. He can wait it out.
Michael is 100% straight thank you very much. So why does he get jealous when he sees his best friend getting too close with other guys? It’s cause Gavin’s his best friend right? Totally understandable.
