A storm raged on in the capital of Mouse Kingdom. It was dark, and only the roaring rain and thunder could be heard. On the perpetually calm 666 Pride street, however, the Morningstar Toyshop shone with a warm, inviting glow. Painted in white, red and gold, with motifs of apples and fantastical creatures, the shop was a place that the residents of Pride street had come to associate with joy and laughter during the day; and during the night, it served as a safe haven for a small family of two, a father-daughter duo of white mice – their names, Charlie and Lucifer Morningstar.

Breakfast was the calm before the storm.
“Greetings.”
They were just about to begin a new exercise. Everyone had decided to participate (even Alastor and Lucifer) for once. Charlie was smiling from ear to ear, brimming with barely contained excitement. However, just as she opened her mouth a bright flash interrupted her.
“I believe I am in a somewhat precarious position,”- she turned towards Lucifer and Alastor, who stared at her from opposite sides of the couch - “dearest fathers.”
“WHAT!?”
A red-haired demoness stood before them. Claiming to be the daughter of Alastor the Radio Demon and Lucifer Morningstar.

Summary
Lucifer would like to think that he's a good parent. After all, he raised Charlie, and look where she is. Happy and surrounded by friends, captaining a hotel with nothing but good intentions.
However, this notion is being challenged when he finds a very familiar child seated on his sofa, in the middle of his mess (and mass) of rubber ducks. Said child is chewing on his very red hooves. His fluffy ears beg to be stroked.
Lucifer needs a thousand pictures. As blackmail material, of course.

Life at the Hazbin hotel has been a little tense for Lucifer, specially after so many sinners found out that he can't exactly hurt them. So, someone decides to fix that. The King needs protection, a bodyguard, an executioner!
And who better option than the maid of said hotel? Niffty!

All the while, an ancient evil is starting to stir again, and Alastor realizes that helping Lucifer may mean fighting the king's demons with him.

It started small. Their hostilities had become more playful quips than painful jabs. They’d found common ground in their general disdain for the average Sinner and live theater. They even began purposefully spending more time together from sharing the occasional nightcap to simply sharing a space in comfortable silence. All this under the guise of making Charlie happy as she praised their progress. And then the touching started…
