The muffled ringing in his ear simply just turned into a high pitched ongoing sound that made his vision swim and his head spin. His ears flattened against his skull, trying to dull the sound, but it didn’t help.

    But this silence was different. It was cold and final, frozen in eternity, never to be broken again. No more incessant humming, no more snide remarks. At the end of his existence, Prowl was rewarded with what he had always wanted: peace and quiet."

    or; Prowl makes a sudden return to the land of the living, and things look to be heading back to normal for Earth's resident band of Cybertronians--or, as normal as life can get for the wayward spacebridge maintenance crew. But Bumblebee notices some oddities about his newly revived teammate, and his suspicion grows that Prowl's miraculous resurrection may not have been such a miracle after all.
