so we know there's this brand new comic where bumblebee gets sent to the future and basically sees the apocalypse timeline.
what if Optimus, Prowl, and bulkhead took his place and meets future apocalypse bumblebee?!?!!?also pls note this isn't my original idea. i happen to stumble upon in on a tumbler post and it was rlly cool and just HAD to try and make one. so... credits to the person who made that tumble post.
so.
heres my take on that!(also note i haven't seen the full comics yet since my parents wont allow me to buy cool online shit. i only know that Bumblebee gets taken by a random trailer and goes to the future- and ironically and sadly enough he was the one who started the whole apocalypse.)

When his optics first come online, B-127 first sees the sky. The Well surges with power only feet from him, giving him a fond farewell even as his memory of crawling from it fades only moments after. His protoform is new and small, his body whirs with clicks and hissing as parts fall into place and his spark begins to glow all on its own, no longer sustained by Primus’ crafting hand.
It will grow, with time, his plating still a shining, unburdened silver. Glistening with its lack of abrasions and experience. Efficiency programs slot into place, and his processor works to teach him what little it already knows. His T-cog spins in his side, inactive now as New Sparks usually are, but it will burst with Energon and life soon enough. In the backlog of his thinking, B-1 can already sense the way the wind will whip around him, struggling to keep up.

Alternate look at how Season 1 Episodes 13 and 14, “Sick Mind” and “Out of his Head” could have played out. It doesn’t follow the structure of the episodes exactly, but I’m trying to keep it somewhat similar. After entering Megatron’s mind to find the cure for Optimus, Bumblebee realizes that the leader of the Deceptions somehow managed to escape and enter his mind. Before he can alert the others he is overpowered by the Deception leader. While Bee battles with the warlord internally, the rest of the Autobot team scramble to try and help him on the outside. They also grapple with various feelings of guilt. To make things worse, Megatron is using various nefarious tactics to keep Bee from gaining control again, and it’s starting to take a toll on the Autobot.

"Whatever their reasoning, we must investigate," Optimus Prime said, his deep voice resonating with authority. "Ratchet, the facility will be active. What is the most effective camouflage?"
Ratchet’s optic ridge twitched as he brought up a schematic. "The facility’s primary traffic consists of Class 8 semi-trucks, painted... blue... with a white 'Prime' logo."
A rare, quiet snort came from Bulkhead, which he quickly disguised as a cough. Miko, however, had no such restraint.
"Oh my gosh! 'Optimus... Prime!' It's destiny!" she cackled.
"It's degrading," Ratchet muttered, activating the base's hard-light customizer. The system whirred, overlaying Optimus's classic red and blue paint with the corporate blue and white smile of an Amazon delivery vehicle. His trailer was similarly transformed into a matching container. "A leader of our race, a Prime... forced to masquerade as a common carrier for... foam fingers and cat litter."I'm sure you can see where I'm going with this...

Summary
There had always been some degree of hubris that followed Ratchet. Not that maliciousness was ever his goal but after finally making his way up the institutional order of Cybertronian society, far away from his creator's reputation, it was to be expected. He was taken to his creator’s home under the assumption that their interests would align as he grew. Sadly, this assumption only led to disappointment for all involved.
He supposes he was lucky. His current occupation would’ve been a slow-going success without his creator, however indignant his feelings towards fate and divine intervention are. He didn’t believe he viewed the world through rose-tinted optics. But now he knows that there was nothing to ever compare it to.
So, while his creator pushed him to perfection, not unlike the high expectations silently placed on the mechs in the city center, his predestined stubbornness bared its teeth. He had no interest in being holed up in a stuffy room full of datapads, lit terminals, and awards long since rusted in a crate.

Back when Sari was smaller, she had climbed and sat on Bee's chassis enough to get an up close and personal look at the screens that served as his eyes. It was kinda cool and gross to look directly at the bright LED but what stood out most of all was the small dead pixel in his lower right eye. Sari could barely see it when standing next to him and looking up at his face, but when hugging his face she always noticed its presence.
Or; Bumblebee sells out Optimus during Megatron's trial and is rewarded with Elite Guard status, but in return loses his friendship with the others.
