Summary
Not all relationships start out smoothly. Not all mages are created equal.
Marie Trevelyan, Sin of House Trevelyan and Thunderborn of the Ostwick, is a mage rebel against the Templars. Brought to the conclave as a templar deterrent by the Ostwick Magi, she finds herself the lone survivor with the storm inside her, threatening to break free. In her, there is no mercy.

Summary
Hawke, as Champion of Kirkwall, will do anything to protect her city, even marry Sebastian Vael, Prince of Starkhaven. However, her new husband's many years in the Chantry have left him quite cold in the bedchamber. Unhappy and unsatisfied, Hawke sets out to seduce him. When, at last, his reserve is broken, they begin to grow closer. As the months pass, Hawke settles into her role as princess, gradually falling in love not only with her new home, but with Sebastian as well.
