Rose Quartz-Universe and her husband Greg believe there is good to be found in everyone and are raising their son Steven to have that same view. When they were approached by a representative from Delmarva Youth Corrections, a juvenile detention center that Rose volunteers at, and asked to be part of an experimental rehabilitation program they jump on the chance. A few signatures later and they find themselves responsible for the well being of six female troubled youths.
