Mu-deok thought becoming part of the Jin family would be the end of all her problems. Then she finds out her 'mother' broke off her engagement to Jang Uk and set her up in an arranged marriage to the Crown Prince. Only the best for her dearest Bu-yeon.
That was fine. She and Jang Uk both had feelings for Go Won, and they'd been planning on making changes to their wedding so that he could become a part of their relationship. Then Go Won acts as if they hated him for breaking up their engagement, as if she and Jang Uk only loved each other, as if that one moment that changed their lives didn't happen.
Now, Mu-deok and Jang Uk are on a quest to woo the Crown Prince and get it into his thick skull that he isn't as unloved as he thinks.

Unable to relax until he got somewhere with the work in front of him, he decided to stay late at the police station. After all he worked best when he was at work, surrounded by the cases he needed to solve. At this time however, he felt stuck, frustrated and angry. He couldn’t wrap his head around any of this, all of it.
He needed a short break, just a little break from thinking, trying to find clues, trying to make logic where there was no logic to be found.
