Summary
Canon divergence from episode 3: Kinn never kisses Porsche at the pier, and never sleeps with him after the diamond auction. But Porsche knows, from the lingering glances, that Kinn wants to, and always has. As the weeks go by and the two get closer, Porsche starts to feel the same way. Neither of them can act on it, but one night in Kinn's chambers, he proposes that they get it out of their systems once and for all.

Summary
Porsche takes a deep breath and then lets it and his scent out, his pheromones swirling through the unknown alphas, soothing ruffled instincts. This is part of what makes Porsche so good at his job. His scent is like metaphorical catnip to other alphas, a quirk that had not been the most enjoyable in high school.
The growls and hisses in the room quiet down, and Porsche wonders if the situation is really as bad as he was told.
A loud bang has him jumping back, putting his back to the far wall as his heart thumps wildly. A snarl follows it, making all the hairs on Porsche’s arms stand up. Oh fuck. He fights down the terror that the noise fills him with and forces his legs to move, backing down the hall.
His guide is still there, staring at him with eyes wide with shock.
“Okay, that’s a really bad case,” Porsche admits.
“I can’t tell if you’re a moron or the bravest person I’ve ever met.”
Porsche turns to the other man and smiles, “Bit of both if I’m honest.”

He flicks half of the cigarette to the ground and stomps on it, taking a deep, long breath, before he reaches for the door. He’s about to come inside, when he hears the noise again. He pulls out his gun and carefully goes to investigate.
The closer he gets to the big dumpster, the louder the cries are. God, it sounds like a baby. He jogs the rest of the way and swears loudly, pocketing the gun.
On the ground lies body of a young woman and right across her chest rest a small baby, Porsche has no idea how old, something around half a year probably.
“Shh,” he shushes, kneeling next to the small child. “Hey, it’s okay.”

“We need to talk,” Porsche announces, pointing a finger at Kinn. “Okay, I know the things I’m going to say might seem weird and scary to you, but I’m here for you.”
Kinn tilts his head in confusion, asking, “What are you babbling on about? Are you high?”
“Just hear me out,” Porsche cajoles, waving his hands in the air. His eyes are intense as he stares at Kinn like he’s trying to hypnotize him into listening. “I think you might be gay, Kinn.”
“What?” Kinn asks dumbly the second Porsche stops talking.
He’s so stupefied, he’s sure he’s gaping at Porsche with shock. Because he is. Very shocked that is. It’s a statement Kinn normally wouldn’t argue with, but it was stated in a manner suggesting a revelation. It’s not. Everyone and their mother knows Kinn is gay. All the guys Kinn regularly fucks in the ass can confirm that he is very much gay.

“As I said, you’ll be handsomely compensated for your time,” Korn repeats. He clearly knows money is a powerful tool when dealing with Porsche. He got his hands on every single detail of Porsche’s life, including the death of his parents, the school Porsche dropped out from and Porchay. This type of knowledge in the mafia's hands makes Porsche internally panic.
“And I’m supposed to do what?” Porsche asks, wanting things to be clear. “Bring your son from the feral state he got himself in? Aren’t there professionals for that sort of shit?”
“Kinn didn’t react well to any of them,” Korn replies, not offering any details. “But I saw on camera how he acted around you. It was the first positive reaction I’ve seen from him in a while.”
In a while meaning almost a year. That’s how long Kinn Theerapanyakul has been feral. Porsche is not an expert, but he heard there’s not much hope for ferals who stay in that state for more than a year.
“He tried to rip my throat out,” Porsche snarks. “Not exactly very positive.”

Porsche blinks at him, because it’s quite a bizarre thing to say. “Um, no. At least I don’t think so.”
It earns him a cocked eyebrow in response. “So you have been here before?”
“A few times,” Porsche answers and shrugs his shoulders. He sometimes comes for a free drink from Jom, and to eat the exceptionally good finger food that just lays on the bar for everyone to enjoy. He usually comes during the day, when it’s not as busy as it is right now. “I’m usually here earlier on.”
“Ah,” the man hums, like it makes perfect sense. “So how much do you take for a night?”
