Summary
Everyone has a soulmate. A black mark will appear somewhere on your body the moment your soulmate is alive.
This did not apply to Scott Goldsmith. Hundreds of years ago he and fellow vampires would giggle and talk about soulmates and spending eternity with them, but he didn’t have a mark. This didn’t upset him, he’s never needed a soulmate to have fun.
Then he wakes up after a six hundred year slumber and soulmates are very rare, almost a myth now to humans.
And on Scott’s neck now lies a mark in the shape of a black rose.
In other words, Scott and Avid are soulmates. What could possibly happen when one of them find out about this OBVIOUS mistake?

Summary
Basically the endings made me sad so I'm fixing them.
Louis didn't die fully, instead waking up at the Shadow Organization Abolish works with and joined them.
Owen didn't choose to be cured or die, rather preferring to remain as a vampire and join Abolish once he was told Louis was still there. Most of the story takes place in 2025, about 200 years after the rest of the series when Avid and Elle turn out to be not as dead as believed.

Summary
He wanted to pace. Stretch his legs a bit, use up the anxious energy bubbling up just beneath his cold skin.
He didn’t. Instead, he sat in the corner next to the door, hugging the wall and hoping enough of his body fit into the small blind spot of the cell’s window to hide him from any eyes that could try and look for him in the most unlikely of places.
(It wasn’t unlikely, had anybody listened to him. He didn’t exactly hide the fact the cage wasn’t meant for any of the vampires, even if it did end up housing one.)-------------
Avid's turning didn't go well, and he ended up with more issues than just the wound. Luckily, there’s people willing to help him, if he choses to accept them.Title from "Closer to the moon" by Anya Nami (yes i changed the title after all)

Summary
Avid knows that Scott is a vampire, of course he knows. Scott wasn’t even trying to hide it. But everyone in town was getting tired of Avid repeatedly accusing Scott of being a vampire. So instead, he chose to keep an eye on the blue-haired man, which led to him trying to walk backward toward his house.
But what Avid didn’t know was how he had somehow ended up lying naked in a big fancy bed, with an even more obvious vampire, and equally naked, Scott. And why was everyone and everything so different from how he remembered them.
Or in other words:
Early episodes Avid (when the vampires are still living in the town) somehow ends up in the (alternate) future.
Avid x Scott happy ending, maybe.Series

Summary
Every moment in this state was pure misery for the vampire.
“Scott, Scott”
“Scott…”
At some point the voice started trailing off, the pattern changed to just Scott, then nothing. Silence for once.
“Avid?” he flinched. The voice had left for only a moment. “Avid, come back,” it said in an oddly familiar voice.
OR
It is 200 years since the vampires were freed and every year Scott visits Oakhurst and Avid's grave. Avid has been stuck in a dark void, slowly losing his memories and he gets freed.
