Two weeks ago, he'd been Harry Potter, unremarkable boy living with his aunt and uncle, notable only for the strange things that sometimes happened around him. Things he couldn't explain and didn't talk about.
Then a Ministry official had witnessed him accidentally vanish a pane of glass at the zoo, and everything changed.
"Underage wizard, fallen through the cracks," the woman had said, her wand already out to modify the Dursleys' memories. "Happens sometimes with Muggle-raised children. You should have received your Hogwarts letter at eleven, Mr. Potter."
"I'm fifteen," Harry had said stupidly.
"Yes. We'll need to sort that out."
OR
Harry Potter never got his Hogwarts letter.
At fifteen, he's offered a deal: three years of Domestic Service in exchange for a magical education.
Domestic Service means only one thing at Hogwarts, and Harry is about to discover what that is.
Meanwhile, Draco Malfoy has grown up at Hogwarts, waiting for his father to see him as something other than a child.
Harry's arrival does not help.

Summary

Before Halloween 1981 happened, Voldemort conceived Nova w/ Bella, Draco w/ Cissa, & Theo w/ Alexa, all 3 are wives of Abraxas Malfoy.
During the attack, Regulus, Jamie & Harry are assumed dead, but Dumbledore lied about Harry. He wiped Harry's memory after the attack since he'd seen something he shouldn't have. He put a temporary tie on his magic & sent him to be raised as a muggle where Harry grew up abused. He didn't have time to do a permanent one but the temporary one had to be cancelled to release Harry's magic again.
While Bella's in Azkaban, after she turned herself in, they discovered she had Stockholm Syndrome for Voldemort. Voldemort is told that their unborn daughter died, during Bella's arrest, but Nova was alive, & sent to be raised by Jamie & Bella & Cissa & Evan & Pandora's married parents, Charles, Cygnus, Dorea, & Druella.
They fake their deaths, having taken advantage of a Death Eaters attack & went on the lamb. They raised Nova, w/ her cousins.
There's lots of incest, underage sex, a soulmates AU, w/ evil Dumbledore bashing.
Chapter 1, contains all the world building information that you need, while chapter 2 is when the story begins.

Summary
Lucius Malfoy is released the same day after the Department of Mysteries by his sister-in-law, Bellatrix Lestrange. He consents not only to have his son, Draco, Marked by Voldemort, but also for fellow Death Eaters to have a little fun with him first. Knowing that he is on the losing side, Draco accidentally Apparates out of Malfoy Manor before he is Marked, but not after the assault, and to Hogwarts, where he defects to Albus Dumbledore, as well as agreeing to make peace with Harry.
In between preparing for war, fending off the advances of Ginny Weasley, and discovering that he has a Patronus (as well as a soulmate), Draco Malfoy must contend with accepting that things have changed, and, that love, if he is willing to accept it, is the most powerful magic of all.
