Summary
Vander had been hosting a weekly after hours poker night at The Last Drop for years, but they generally never ran too late, and this deviation from the norm had thrown Silco for a loop. Typically after the others had left, Vander found his way upstairs, usually riding high from a win as he had a stunning poker face, and a good read of his friends after playing together so long, and Silco reaped the benefits of that by having Vander ravage him until he was breathless and sated.

When Vander's weekly poker night runs later than usual, Vander provides an alternative for his needy husband who can't wait for him to finish.

His entire body was different after days spent in the strange, iridescent webbing: dark, violet sinews threaded through every inch of what had once been pale skin, and gold filigree wrapped around his ribs, tracing the lines where his back brace had once been. Curling lines of gold accented his wrists and wound around his thighs, drawing Jayce’s eye downward until he gasped and averted his gaze.
