Now that she was thinking about it, maybe it was actually every single lingering touch that trailed up and down Vi’s shoulders. Scratching her bulging biceps, her huge hands, finding their way into the longer strands of hair and giving them a playful tug.

Violet Mason is the head ranch hand at Rocking Bar Ranch, where she has spent years breaking horses, working cattle, and bending to the Kiramman's every decision - no matter how stupid she thinks they are. After a disastrous stakeholder meeting, Caitlyn is effectively fired from her position and her mother assigns her to work on the farm to maintain the company's image. Vi is charged with overseeing Caitlyn, and tasked with turning her into a regular cowpoke. Unfortunately, tension builds as the pair's disdain for one another becomes more apparent.
Something besides their animosity is brewing on the ranch, though. And if they aren't able to put aside their differences to work together and figure out what it is, Rocking Bar Ranch could cease to exist as they know it.
