Summary
“Is that take seaten?” A pause, then, under his breath: “Fuck.” He moved to sit down before he could even wait for her reply, and then suddenly, his feet were still behind him while the floor was in front of him, and he was falling, and he landed with an unimpressive oomph, half of his body laid over something – someone? – decidedly soft and warm, and the other half of him sprawled on the floor.
Or, boy meets girl. Mark meets Clarissa, and they go from there.

Summary
Chim is reading aloud before Buck can lunge across the counter and stop him, “I’d beg so loud they’d all know exactly what you—” His eyebrows climb to his hairline, “Buck, what the fuck?”
Ravi bursts out laughing, nearly doubling over, “Wait, you sexted the group chat?!”
“No, no, no—” Buck’s voice traitorously cracks and he can feel the heat in his face, “That’s not—I didn’t—”
Hen’s tone sharpens, amusement undercut with curiosity, “You’re seeing someone? Who is she?”

Summary
"Eddie doesn’t really remember the ride back to the station.
He’s vaguely aware of the three sets of eyes very deliberately not staring at him. He’s hyper-aware of one particular set that's been glued to him since before they left the scene. Since the moment he started to float away. Since before that, probably. Since they both walked in for their shift hours before."

Summary
In a snowglobe spell we're cast.
Underneath the Christmas moon.“A snow globe,” Eddie said, staring in awe at the beautiful snow globe in his hands. It was absolutely stunning, with a red and green base and a complete snowy landscape embedded in the interior of the globe. Eddie studied it carefully. There were trees and little painted woodland animals hiding underneath them, and even in them. In the middle stood a beautiful little cottage, intricately adorned with tiny Christmassy details: miniature lights, wreaths of holly all around.
“There’s a switch on the bottom,” Chimney said. He sounded excited.
Eddie flipped it and suddenly the globe was a beacon of light, the tiny cottage lighting up in the snowy landscape. And— in front of the cottage there was a small figure. Something he had missed without the light on. It was the figurine of a tiny man, beautifully crafted and painted to perfection.
This is a story about breakups, curses, attraction, loneliness, falling in love, finding happiness and joy, but most of all this is a story about a snow globe and how it changed the course of Eddie Diaz and Evan Buckley's life forever.

Summary
“It’s just that—I died,” Buck continues, voice unsteady enough that Eddie wonders if this is the first time he’s acknowledged that out loud. “I died, and there’s so much more. There’s so much more I want to do, things I don’t even know I want to do yet, and I almost had the chance to have and live them taken away. I don’t want to die and regret missing out on everything else, Eddie.”
“So let’s make a list,” Eddie says. “Let’s do them.”
or, a bucket list that’s really about buck needing to make a change and an eddie who’s ready to do anything to see him fall in love with life again. it takes some crossing off for eddie to realise—the thing at the top of the list in his own heart? it’s been right here all along
