Set between the Dubai and the Dartmoor missions (no spoilers). 47 is struggling with his newfound freedom. Lucas offers help and unearths some issues of his own in the process he kept buried for good reason.

And there, past the chancel, is where Lucas sees him. 47 is standing in front of the altar by himself, absentmindedly looking up at the stained glass windows painting colorful patterns on his black suit pants and the white shirt with its rolled up sleeves.
The rubber soles of Lucas’ boots make barely any noise on the stone floor, but the high ceiling of the church amplifies even the slightest sound, informing 47 of the other man’s presence.
“You find what you’re looking for here?”
Post Hitman III. Lucas and 47 have reached their goals, and pay Father Emilio a visit in their endeavor to lay the past to rest.

Lalo tilts his head as his gaze wanders up Nacho’s body. There’s the hint of a smile right where his mustache disguises the corners of his mouth. “And what would that be, eh? Pretty boys with murder in their eyes?”
Nacho scoffs. “I was thinking more along the lines of a bullet to the head”, he answers, and shoots.
There's a certain moment in time that Nacho can't seem to escape.
