Summary
It was uncommon for Chance to receive genuine care from others. As a gambler, all they ever knew was people wanting to take, take, and take. Obviously, the smart decision would be to never let their guard down.
However, iTrapped came along and stuck around long enough to secure a romantic relationship with Chance.
Fortunately for Chance, Elliot would barge into their life and soon flip it upside down. Though, he had some pretty awful timing.
Now, Chance has had a taste of both fake and authentic love. They knew they should’ve just left iTrapped, but it wasn’t like them and Elliot were anything beyond friends. To put it in other words, they were simply casual. Nothing more, nothing less.
..Perhaps that could change.

This fic is hands down worth the reading time. I read this all in public and it was genuinely one of the best fics I have ever read. Mind you, I only bookmark the fics I ADORE. Currently, there are only 2 fics in my bookmarks (including this one) and I’d say they are damn good ones. The author took their time and poured love into the writing and it shows! Plot has great build-up, exciting characters, and well-written scenes. Kudos to this author for phenomenal writing! Every bookmark and comment is 100% earned and deserved. Author is thoughtful with the reader, expressive with dialogue, and doesn’t drag any part of the story. I cannot praise this fic enough.. KUDOS, KUDOS, AND KUDOS! 😆

Andrew said never to contact him again, and if it's one thing he learned from his therapy sessions, it was to listen. Hear others out on their problems with you if you want them to hear you as well.
So he would hear, and he'd listen.
He wouldn't try to find or bother Andrew.4 years ago, he would've broken down if you told him he was capable of being better. Would've told you you're lying to him.
Now, if you said that, he'd just smile and say he's already become better– and filled that void where the unhappiness used to settle.

In a world full of smut fics and one-shots with lousy grammar, this fic is my holy grail. Oh god, where do I even start? I was looking for a fic to read in class after my science final, and I stumbled upon this work of art. Man, it’s so hard to find a well-written plot in this fandom. Luckily, this AMAZING piece of writing caught my attention. The storyline is amazing, I yapped to all of my friends about this. I do recommend, 10/10 plot! Whenever I think of an astonishing fic, I think of this beauty of a piece of writing. Details are long and descriptive, characters have depth and aren’t just there to support another character, music choice is fitting, and OMG!! 😭🫶 Everyone needs to read this at least once in their life.
