Caine, the host of the Digital Circus, has his own purpose. To create adventures, to entertain his audience, and to care for the human lives under his care. He had a problem though, a few of them actually.

Somewhere, deep in Kinger's heart, he knows that Queenie was always Caine's favorite. There was a soft spot there. When Caine made flowers, they were always her favorites; when he sang songs, they were the ones she knew the words to; when he tested the generation of animals and sounds and shapes, they were always pleasing to her; she didn't even have to tell him.
Kinger made Caine. Kinger loved Queenie. So of course, Caine had to love her too; the creator's obsession bleeding into the creation, inevitable as code.
