Summary
He’d been planning those ten days in Europe with his fiancée, Bonnie, for months and House had done the same planning to make sure he’d fit a quick innovative laparoscopic hysterectomy at Johns Hopkins between his best buddy boarding the plane and him coming back with souvenirs and obnoxiously long and boring slideshows.
or, House has a medical emergency he hadn't expected, Wilson discovers something about both himself and his best friend, Cuddy realizes they're hopeless idiots

Summary
"People lie." The words slip past House's tongue, tasting familiar. He adds sarcasticly. "I lie to everyone, Jimmy, you're not special."
OR: I definitely didn't hallucinate Wilson's teary eyes in the episode when House lied about having sex while Wilson waited out the door. When he goes to do the dishes those puppy dog eyes WERE moisty, you're not changing my mind.

In a second, all the lighthearted buzzing energy is gone from the room, and Wilson holds his breath because House is doing the thing.
House is standing there with the cabinet half open, his eyes shifting back and forth between him and the cabinet. Then, they finally focus onto him. House's brow furrows and his expression can only be described as sinister curiosity.

People keep touching him and he wants to scream.
